Today starts off a week of Breathing for a Better Life!
As a parent or a person, the day holds joys and stresses. Our bodies hold these experiences. We have a tool, in our breath, to maintain our health and wellbeing. When we feel better, we love and live better.
Day 1: Notice Your Breath
All throughout the day keep bringing your awareness back to your breath. Do this in all moments in all feelings.
Is your breath shallow or deep? Quick or slow? Steady? Ragged?
Do you notice any patterns in when your breath is a particular way? Is there anything you notice that surprised you?
Take time all day to notice, and whenever you can please add your experiences and insights in the comments here or on A Living Family Facebook page.
